This is a simple way of disabling or enable the usb port.
1. Go to Start > Run and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press enter to open device manager.
2.Now look for
‘Universal Serial bus Controller’
3.Find the port to disable by expanding on universal serial bus and select disable by selecting it.
4.Find if there is any red colored
cross and enable the disabled port by right clicking on selected one and click
Enable.
